CSI
employs a matrixed organizational structure that emphasizes responsiveness, communication and customer service.
This structure reflects the founders’ many years of experience managing a variety
of similar
technology companies.
A
key element of the structure is the centralized technical and staffing elements
that support the daily requirements of program and account management.
While
remaining directly accountable to the President, this arrangement enables efficiencies while encouraging ongoing
communications between staff and line functions.
CSI
assigns Program Managers as the point of contact for all government and company
contracts. In this way, all personnel
have ready access to our management team.
These managers meet with technical representatives
on an on-going basis.
The GSA
Schedule program manager is responsible for all program orders and coordinating the daily activities of the staff.

Our
management team has built a matrixed organization that is fully responsive to
client needs while assuring compliance with technical requirements and quality
standards, as well as contractual issues.
Management
Team
The
senior management team is led by the President who participates in the daily
operation of the company by monitoring the quality and value of all contracted
services.
The Vice President is
responsible for overseeing division performance while Program and Account
Managers oversee project performance. Program
Managers report to the Vice President weekly. They distill financial and
technical performances of contract
and task orders in a summary written report. Project leaders guide daily conduct of technical performance and
first tier management of technical staff, again keeping the Program Manager
informed via daily communications and weekly written reports. CSI understands that in today’s competitive resource constrained environment buyers seek to optimize the
value of each dollar spent. We
translate that to providing the highest possible quality at the best possible
rate to our customers. We know
that value comes with doing our work accurately, completely and efficiently.
Thus, we put major
emphasis on the management control mechanisms that
enable us to continually
validate these characteristics.
Management
Control
In order to maintain our reputation for delivering high quality applications within cost and budget,
CSI employs management control.
This is effective in motivating personnel
towards positive results while ensuring our developers credentials.
Program Management
We
begin with a detailed corporate policy that is the foundation for every aspect
of the company’s operation. We add
to that a program management plan which is a written document that translates these policies and requirements for each contract
until it is formally executed.
Project leaders have the responsibility to validate each employs timekeeping procedures.
New employees receive rigorous
training in order to accurately track labor hours
expended.
CSI has hired an expert contracts management team in order to have all contract
requirements assured.
