SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE

 

CSI uses a System Development Lifecycle Model to ensure the entire development process is documented.  The client can then oversee the projects operational maintenance and archistructure effort.  CSI adheres to the stringent requirements of the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Level 3 to minimize project risk while delivering well-documented applications that meet customer expectations. CSI has developed a set of templates for each phase of the development process.  These templates are then completed and signed off to ensure the successful completion of each milestone of the project.  As a result, CSI is able to consistently deliver high-quality results on time and within the budget.
